Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via real-time calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns

  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work effectively in a virtual call center environment, navigating multiple systems and tools to manage customer interactions
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic tone, even in high-pressure situations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, phone systems, and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual call center environment or remote customer support role

  • Familiarity with fashion and style industry, including current trends and brands
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with sales or upselling techniques, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train new team members
