Role Overview

As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via email, chat, and social media, and providing personalized assistance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will also assist with marketing initiatives, including influencer outreach, email campaigns, and social media management. Additionally, you will perform administrative and research tasks, including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and competitor research.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

+ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner + Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately + Provide personalized assistance and ensure excellent customer experience + Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner

E-Commerce & Website Management:

+ Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify + Track inventory and coordinate with the fulfillment team + Ensure a seamless online shopping experience + Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement

Marketing & Social Media Support:

+ Assist with influencer outreach and email campaigns + Schedule and manage social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) + Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and track engagement metrics + Monitor and analyze social media analytics to identify areas for improvement

Administrative & Research Tasks:

+ Conduct industry and competitor research + Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets + Assist with other operational needs as required

Ideal Candidate

Previous Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing is essential

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Shopify, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Passion for Fashion & Jewelry:

Passion for fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands is a plus
