Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and concise information about products, services, and policies
• Researching and resolving complex customer issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
• Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and activities staff, to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Online business administration certification or equivalent
• Experience with writing and communication, including a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
• Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
