Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and fluent customer service specialists to join our team, working remotely from Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and e-chat, providing support and product information, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and e-chat to provide support and product information

  • Provide order status information and delivery updates
  • Manage cancellation requests and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction by listening to customer needs and concerns and providing personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

* Previous experience: At least 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry

  • Reliability: Ability to work full-time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time)
  • Proper service mentality: Desire to listen to customer needs and concerns and show genuine effort in solving their problems quickly and efficiently
  • Patience and self-control: Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and find an approach for every customer
  • Ability to learn fast and stay open-minded: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing customer needs and expectations
  • Fluency in German or French: Ability to communicate effectively with customers in one of these languages

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Familiarity with European market and cultural nuances
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
