Role Highlights

* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through our Turbo Bonus Boost program

  • Enjoy flexible working hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday, allowing you to balance your work and personal life
  • Participate in our fast 20-hour certification program, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role
  • Work on a variety of tasks, including answering customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed
  • Earn a $310 bonus just for participating in our certification program, with opportunities to earn more through our Turbo Bonus Boost program

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our clients. This will involve:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting complex problems and providing solutions that meet the customer's needs
  • Collaborating with SMEs and MPS to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed
  • Participating in our certification program to develop your knowledge and skills
  • Working flexible hours to meet the needs of our customers and the business

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
  • A strong ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, while driving innovation and providing top-notch service

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of tax preparation software and services, although this is not a requirement
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology
