  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on customer trends and preferences

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong client services skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer support tasks, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
