The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Evening Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our dedicated clients and interpreters, handling email requests and resolving scheduling-related inquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You'll also be responsible for:

• Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling
• Assisting with answering client/interpreter calls when needed
• Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
• Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
• Securing interpreters to cover appointments and meeting service levels for both blithequark and our clients
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

Key Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer service

• 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems

• Proficient in standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiar with other web-based applications

* Competitive hourly rate: $20-22/hour

• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm
