Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Guest Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with booking travel services: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours, providing personalized recommendations and itineraries based on their preferences and needs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact: Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Providing expert travel advice: Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations, negotiate upgrades, and secure special requests for guests, while maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
  • Resolving travel-related issues: Resolve any travel-related issues or last-minute changes, ensuring a hassle-free experience for clients and maintaining their trust and satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Keep up with travel industry updates and destination information to provide expert advice and support to guests, ensuring they have the most current and accurate information.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
