Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing alphanumeric entry from raw data with high accuracy and efficiency
• Comparing data with source documents, or re-entering data in verification format to detect errors
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered
• Utilizing Excel for data remediation, including data cleaning, formatting, and analysis
• Locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors
• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work to ensure transparency and accountability
• Reading source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and entering data in specific data fields
• Meeting heavy production requirements while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
• Possessing strong 10-key skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and database software

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, data collection, or a related field
