Job Overview

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Operator III, you will be responsible for supporting customer service and data management activities for e-commerce, digital applications, and tools. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, providing excellent customer service with a high attention to detail and data management. You will be a key partner in facilitating registration and onboarding of new users, monitoring and responding to email correspondence, providing troubleshooting support, and supporting data entry and administration within digital applications.

Responsibilities

* Facilitate registration and onboarding of new users requesting access to digital applications

  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence from internal and external users to ensure successful usage of digital applications
  • Provide troubleshooting support and quality customer service with users via email
  • Support data entry and administration within digital applications
  • Support data entry and data management activities across platforms and tools
  • Support data hygiene activities
  • Support data updates within digital applications

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe products, and SAP preferred but not required
