Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark Airlines, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures to customers, both in-person and over the phone.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment.
  • Familiarity with airline operations and reservations systems, including computer systems and software.
