Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying the completeness and accuracy of all data recorded, and reporting any discrepancies or errors to supervisors
  • Providing basic reports and serving as a resource for other staff members, offering guidance and support as needed
  • Collecting, compiling, sorting, and verifying data accuracy or completeness before entering it into our system
  • Performing data integrity tasks, including locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors
  • Scanning or uploading documents, and maintaining logs of activities and completed work
  • Filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them as needed
  • Providing data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support our team's efforts
  • Creating or modifying databases according to the needs of our department
  • Providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork
  • Training other data entry employees and performing other related duties as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or GED; an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least two years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
