Job Details

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat

  • Process orders and verify credit memos on purchase orders
  • Create, apply, and verify credit memos as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry

  • Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
