We are seeking a talented and dedicated Salon Customer Experience Specialist to join our team of change-makers. As a Salon Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a superior client experience by offering additional styling services and product benefits that make our salon the destination of choice for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits of our retail products and services, ensuring they understand the value of each hair service and how it can help them achieve their desired look and feel.
- Conversion and Sales: Drive conversion and sales by offering personalized solutions to clients, facilitating the growth of our salon and exceeding sales targets.
- Client Assistance: Seek out clients and provide exceptional assistance, listening to their concerns, and offering solutions to their hair needs through our salon services and retail products.
- Partnership with Salon Associates: Collaborate with our salon associates to offer additional services, such as deep conditioning, glossing, and color, to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
