About the Role

As a Customer Care Advocate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional call experience to patients and providers, educating and supporting them throughout the device wear process. You will function as a liaison between the patient and the business, ensuring that all requests are completed efficiently and effectively. Our Customer Care Advocates are the face of our organization, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to products, services, and patient enrollment
  • Respond to inquiries, complete various daily tasks, and provide verbal and written information to external and internal customers and accounts
  • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and blithequark associates
  • Ensure CRM compliance, process, and documentation
  • Manage tickets and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in inbound and outbound call work as assigned
  • Ability to manage meetings and training in a Zoom environment on camera

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment (60+ activities per day)
  • Experience in a fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environment is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, such as Salesforce.com, is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and meet individual-level metrics assigned
  • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, and able to manage a fast-paced growth company environment
  • Convincing evidence of great customer service via phone, email, fax, or web modalities
  • Demonstrated commitment to helping people and resolving issues requiring independent thinking and sound judgment skills
  • Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism in stressful situations
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a typing speed of 40 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare/medical device companies (non-insurance based)
  • Previous experience working in a remote or home office environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy requirements, including security of the environment for the home office
  • Experience with multitasking and managing multiple priorities

Work Environment and Company Culture

  • High-speed internet with a minimum upload capacity of 50 MBPS and download capacity of 150 MBPS
  • A secure and dedicated workspace with a desk and two monitors
  • A plug-in directly to the home internet router for network stability
