As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Baton Rouge store located at 128 West Chimes St Baton Rouge, LA 70802, you are the ultimate Insomniac. - Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
- Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Ambitious nature
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
