Job Summary

As a Sr. Analyst in our Labor force Activities Work Execution team, you will play a critical role in addressing and resolving concerns related to work from our store and HR partners in the field. You will also be responsible for driving business execution and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and communications with stores. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and you will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with occasional travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business execution and improve processes

• Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify opportunities for improvement
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform decision-making
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and communication
• Develop skills and knowledge through self-improvement, team training, and customer (internal) feedback
• Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and team members

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job (e.g., business, data analysis, operations management)

• 3 years of work experience in a related field (e.g., retail, operations, data analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience counseling senior leaders and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or field environment

• Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Data Systems) or similar data analysis tools
• Experience driving business execution and improving processes in a fast-paced environment
