Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Virtual Assistant for Calls, Emails, Data Entry, and Websites at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing data entry tasks, including research, transcription, data collection, extraction, and encoding
  • Updating websites and ensuring that all online content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including lead generation, customer onboarding, and relationship maintenance
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages
  • Organizing tasks, meetings, reminders, and other administrative duties
  • Assisting with digital marketing, including ad posting, eBay, Amazon, Steam, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in call centers, the payment industry, and crypto
  • Proficiency in software tools and platforms, including CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, and ZOHO
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in digital marketing, including ad posting, eBay, Amazon, Steam, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with social media management and customer service platforms
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and systems
