Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling live chat interactions with customers, addressing their queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Handle live chat interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Log in to our chat system at the start of your shift, ensuring that you're prepared to manage customer interactions and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
- Log out at the end of your shift, ensuring that all inquiries have been addressed and that you've completed any necessary tasks.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to ensure that you're equipped to handle customer inquiries with confidence.

Requirements:
+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

Essential Qualifications
