Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting Netflix customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve account issues, answer questions, and provide troubleshooting support. * Delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions. * Helping customers navigate the Netflix platform, including account setup, subscription management, and troubleshooting streaming issues. * Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. * Staying informed about Netflix content, features, and updates to better assist customers.
