  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing clear and concise information to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and excellent time management skills
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and various software applications
