Job Summary
As a Work From Home Data Entry Specialist Typing (Remote) – Child Assistance Repayment Processing, you will be responsible for processing child assistance repayments in the SDU (Condition Dispensation Device) unit according to Standard procedure. You will also be expected to perform other roles as delegated by management. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from a private area with a high-speed internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
* Process child assistance repayments in the SDU (Condition Dispensation Device) unit according to Standard procedure
- Perform other roles as delegated by management
- Maintain an overall understanding of policies and procedures
- Possess sturdy interpersonal skills, including refinement, perseverance, and good behavior
- Gather, research, organize, and study information to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Work independently at times with limited instructions
- Function effectively in a busy atmosphere
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed
- Meet rigid routines and timelines
Essential Qualifications
* High School Degree or equivalent required
- Private area to work and room to set up tools and equipment
- High-speed internet connection
- Excellent typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to child assistance repayment processing
- Familiarity with SDU (Condition Dispensation Device) unit and Standard procedure
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
