Job Details
* Location: blithequark Headquarters in Azle, TX (Note: This position will start as work-from-home, but will transition to in-office full-time starting summer to fall 2025)
- Position: Full-time
- Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- Travel: None required
- Required: Good internet connection
Main Responsibilities
* Answer phones, emails, and/or chat from our customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in our showroom with a smile and a positive attitude
- Record and document customer information as needed
- Process sales and returns efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and put a smile on our customers' faces
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a showroom or sales environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
