Job Overview

This is a full-remote position, available to candidates located in the United States, Gabon, and Georgia (USA). As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering general questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers over the phone and through online chat inquiries, and utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer eligibility and answer general questions regarding our services and products
  • Reset passwords, upload documents, and assist with creating accounts for our customers
  • Engage with customers over the phone and respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services

Schedules and Training

We offer flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from Monday to Friday, 7:45am-8:15pm EST, and Saturdays from 8am-1pm. You must be available to work any 8-hour shift within this timeframe. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role, and you will be required to provide your own computer/laptop with a working camera for the first 3 weeks of training.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be able to provide your own computer/laptop with a working camera for the first 3 weeks of training
  • Must not have any requested time off during the 3 weeks of training
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
