Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience working in high-volume call centers, preferably in the customer service or retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
