What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing exceptional service to their customers. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Making recommendations to customers to close sales and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for high-end fashion and luxury brands
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience (2 years)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve mid-to-high-level customer service issues
  • Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android operating system for daily login
  • A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not accepted)
