Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

Data Entry and Management:

You will be responsible for inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.

Data Verification and Analysis:

Research and Data Retrieval:

Report Generation and Storage:

You will generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure that our data is secure and easily accessible.

Document Scanning and Printing:

You will scan documents and print files when needed, and ensure that all documents are properly stored and organized.

Requirements:

To be successful as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office:

You should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
