Experienced Online Customer Service Representative – Insurance Industry Expert

We're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (blithequark Underwriting Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and expert guidance on our best-in-class insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
  • Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
  • Maintaining regular and timely attendance
  • Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
  • Managing individual stress and composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma
  • 2 years' experience in customer service
  • A designated space and internet capability to work from home
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance policies
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
