Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Answer questions and resolve concerns related to healthcare, insurance, and prescription coverage
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry developments
