Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team, providing permanent support to our customers. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for conducting information contests, clerical tasks, and customer support activities, requiring the application of various job techniques and procedures. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound client calls, sending follow-up emails, and responding to general inquiries
  • Updating and maintaining customer call data banks, improving and acting on customer care logs, and all customer profiles
  • Managing support; account creation/updating
  • Submission, data entry, and file generation
  • Creating and upgrading customer support issue tickets
  • Assisting in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support method and managing unique management tasks, and spillover work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and Net research study tasks
  • Managing the firm's entrance hall region: Welcome and administer all visitors, sellers, customers, job applicants, and clients. Direct and seat all visitors to their selected workplaces and meeting rooms as well as sharp employees of their arrival/appointment
  • General office responsibilities include but are not confined to declaring, data entrance, spreadsheet/report servicing, mailings, and project work
  • Behind inspecting inventory items

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely and be self-motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Illustrated analytical potential
  • The ability to multitask and focus on requests
  • High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask
  • The ability to partner with minimum guidance and settle internal concerns

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in customer support or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with inventory management and control
