Your Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator – Collections, you'll be the voice of blithequark, championing our customers and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Advocating for our customers, problem-solving, and owning issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Handling complaints and escalated situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Investigating customer concerns, creating and implementing process improvements, and reporting trending customer issues
  • Supporting other customer service advocates, guiding them to the right path to solve customer concerns, and providing in-the-moment feedback
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experiences

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Work from Home Requirements

* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP), with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps and a preferred speed of 10+ Mbps
  • Both hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable, as long as speed and security requirements are met

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home, with no on-site requirements

  • We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required blithequark Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
