Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with patients, providers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve issues and answer questions in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services to provide accurate information and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Required Capabilities

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
