Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will perform routine customer service phone support to meet client-specific needs. You will work under regular supervision and be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, staying composed and objective in challenging situations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a phone-related role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a climate-controlled, call-center environment and use phone and computer systems constantly

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bilingual language skills, as some clients may require language-specific support
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
