Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Your expertise will help us optimize our content portfolio, marketing strategies, and business operations to stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Applying advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Analyzing customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions and optimize content release strategies
- Streamlining our content launch and episode release processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Testing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions
- Providing ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
- Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Nice to Have
