Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• To currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
• Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new situations.

Job Type and Schedule:

This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, including:

• 8-hour shifts, typically worked in the evening.
• Every weekend, with some shifts available on Monday to Friday.
