Job Overview

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort and convenience of your own home, contacting existing customers on behalf of blithequark to upgrade or resubscribe their services. You will utilize state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers on behalf of blithequark to upgrade or resubscribe their services
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives
  • Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives
  • Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
  • Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as professional vocabulary and assertive, quick thinking. You should have sales, call center, upselling, retail sales, or customer service experience, although prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus. You will need to have a private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions, and be able to provide your own computer or laptop and internet connection.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a resident of the state where you are applying
  • Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
  • Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
  • Professional vocabulary
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Assertive, quick thinking
  • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work-from-home call center experience
  • Good computer skills

To perform this role, you will need to have the following technical requirements:

  • Internet Connection - Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)
  • Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates
