Job Description

業務内容：

カスタマーサービスにおける受注関連業務全般

顧客、営業部門、ロジスティクス、サプライチェーンなど、関連部門との連携による受注管理

受注処理に必要なデータメンテナンスおよびEDIマスター登録

業務委託からのエスカレーション対応

SAP S/4HANA OTC導入に向けたデータおよびプロセス準備

スキルと経験：

・受注管理やSAPやPC関連の知識・スキル

・優れた調整力とコミュニケーション能力

・チームワークを重視し、柔軟性と適応力を備えていること

・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル

役立つ追加の資格としては、以下のものがあります。
