Responsibilities and Duties

As a remote chat representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge with dedicated golfers on titleist.com. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sharing your passion for Titleist: You'll be the face of our brand, and we need you to be passionate about sharing your love for Titleist with our customers.
• Using Titleist Golf equipment: You'll have the opportunity to use and share your knowledge of Titleist Golf equipment with our customers.
• Familiarity with the Titleist site and related media: You'll need to be familiar with the Titleist site and any related media or searches.
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products: You'll need to be able to compare and analyze competitor products to provide our customers with the best possible advice.
• Showing empathy to customers in stressful situations: You'll need to be able to show empathy to customers who may be experiencing stress or frustration.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 5+ years of golf experience: We're looking for experienced golf enthusiasts who can share their knowledge and passion with our customers.
• Knowledge of the Titleist product line: You'll need to be familiar with the Titleist product line and be able to share your knowledge with our customers.
• Golf club fitting experience: You'll need to have experience with golf club fitting and be able to provide our customers with expert advice.
• Familiarity with top component brands: You'll need to be familiar with top component brands and be able to compare and analyze them with our customers.
• Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers: You'll need to be able to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with your passion and knowledge of the Titleist brand and product line.
• Ability to explain concepts at the customer's knowledge level: You'll need to be able to explain complex concepts in a way that's easy for our customers to understand.
• Strong typing skills: You'll need to be able to type at least 35 wpm and communicate clearly in text form.

Technology Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser: You'll need a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser to access our chat platform.
• Stable internet connection: You'll need a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps to ensure that you can communicate effectively with our customers.
• Reliable sound output: You'll need reliable sound output to communicate effectively with our customers.
