Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent phone etiquette
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English bilingual or proficiency in other languages

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
