Job Summary

The Scheduling Chat Professional team at blithequark is dedicated to providing exceptional support and assistance to both our field and internal departments. Primary Responsibilities

As a Scheduling Chat Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers, technicians, and internal representatives through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing prompt responses to all inquiries and offering appropriate solutions via chat or email
  • Documenting all interactions and staying up to date on all scheduling policies
  • Working effectively in a team environment and contributing to a positive and supportive culture
  • Adapting to changing processes and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Required Skills, Experience, and Education

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Available Shifts and Work Environment

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:

  • Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday, with Mondays required
  • Rotating weekends
  • Shifts starting between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, with varying end times
