Job Overview

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in our organization, using their expertise to address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement in our labor force activities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead task groups and collaborate with cross-functional partners to address labor force activities and improve business performance

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and ASDS experience are preferred, but not required. You will also need to have excellent quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
