Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional service skills will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide solutions to customers' problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service software
  • Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
  • Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
