Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a secure and accurate manner
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Providing feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development of best practices
• Upselling, where required, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
• 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
• Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in two languages
• Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of desktop computer systems
