Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist – Sales Analytics and Crisis Management, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data entry support and crisis management expertise to our sales team. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that all data is accurately and efficiently entered, and that any crises or issues are quickly and effectively resolved.

Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality data entry support to our sales team, ensuring that all data is accurately and efficiently entered

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
  • Develop and implement crisis management plans to ensure that any crises or issues are quickly and effectively resolved
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, accounting)

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry and crisis management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, accounting)

  • 5+ years of experience in data entry and crisis management
  • Experience working in a sales or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of sales analytics software and tools
  • Certification in crisis management or a related field
