Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly base salary: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)
  • Monthly bonus/commissions: $500+ (dependent on performance)

Hours and Schedule

* 15-20 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday, 9-12pm EST

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Risk assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
  • Retention strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
  • Policy reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
  • Renewal processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Previous Allstate experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience
