Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk & IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, processing claims online portal tickets, and creating new accounts using ServiceNow and CyberArk. This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $15-$23, and you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Process claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and improve processes
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* 2 years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality and productivity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance
