Key Responsibilities
As a Student Success Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students throughout their educational program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing proactive and timely outreach to assigned students to encourage and support their academic progress
* Offering guidance and resources to help students develop the skills and knowledge necessary for academic success
* Creating a trusted environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
* Serving as a liaison between students and various departments, ensuring seamless communication and support
* Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
* Managing a group of assigned students and coaching each through their degree program
What We Require
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (or international equivalent)
* Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
* Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly
* Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
* Strong customer support focus and attention to details

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. Schedule and Availability
We are open Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm CDT. We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students. As a Student Success Coach, you will have an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, defining a 40-hour work week.
