Responsibilities

As an Online Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to resolve issues, provide solutions, and exceed expectations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for reference and analysis

Qualifications

While prior experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in the following areas:
