Job Summary

As an Experienced Packaging Strategy Lead-Data, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven packaging strategies that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will be critical in driving business growth and innovation at blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies that drive business growth and innovation

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform packaging decisions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging and data analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide training and support to internal teams on data analysis and visualization tools and techniques

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Strong expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling, including experience with tools such as R, Python, and SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Strong knowledge of packaging industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience working in a retail or consumer goods industry
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, including experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including experience with tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and compliance, including experience with regulations such as FDA and EPA
