As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
- Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Assisting the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) or work instructions

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems is a plus. Some laboratory experience is also preferred, as it will help you understand the Manufacturing process. A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system is also desired.
